Winter Weeknight Bundle

Ready to bring more home-cooked meals to your table this winter? This box is designed for busy households who want to cook more but need it to be simple. 

We've picked four family-favorite cuts that can go from package to plate in 30 minutes - delicious, regeneratively-raised meat without too much fuss.

What's Inside:

• 1 lb Ground Beef - For Taco Tuesday or nacho night, Sloppy Joes, spaghetti Bolognese, or quick skillet chili.
• 4 Boneless Pork Chops - Pan-sear with apples, bake 'em in the oven with herbs, or grill them with your favorite BBQ sauce
• 8 Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Thighs (two packs of four) - a sheet-pan dinner staple! Roast on the same pan with some broccoli and potatoes or simmer (or crockpot) for a weeknight curry, Crispy roasted, weeknight curry.
• 1 lb Sausage -  Pasta with peppers and onions, a sheet pan dinner with potatoes, breakfast-for-dinner, or hearty soup. Sausage will be either Hot Italian (don't worry, it's not that hot...) or Andouille flavor, farmer's choice.

These products, like all of our meat, is shipped frozen. Meat can be defrosted the night before by putting it in the fridge (easiest method) or in a few changes of cold water once you get home (fastest method).
