Beef - Bones
As part of our Partner Network, we proudly offer grass fed beef from our friend Ben Notterman at Snug Valley Farm in Hardwick, Vermont, and Justin and Rachel at Almanack Farm in Chelsea, Vermont. They practice rotational grazing, where animals are moved frequently to new forage. Good pasture management results in healthy animals, healthy land, and flavorful, high-quality meat. And because they regularly handle their cattle, the herd is docile and content.

Local Delivery (Chittenden & parts of Washington County)
Order online by Wednesday for weekly local delivery on Thursdays in parts of Washington county and Chittenden county.
Please leave a cooler out on your doorstep. All meat is delivered frozen for food safety.
New England Delivery
For most addresses, we ship Monday - Thursday with some exceptions on holiday weeks and/or in cases of severe weather when UPS has notified us of potential delays in service. If there is delay in shipping your order, we will be in touch with you.
Orders are packed frozen with reusable ice packs, and are shipped to arrive within 48 hours. Some soft thawing along the edges may occur, your product is still perfectly safe to freeze and eat. Please put the meat in your freezer when it arrives
