Join us for an informative, hands-on 2 hour class to get/hone skills so you can prepare a whole chicken in cuts and make the most out of one chicken! Its the most budget friendly way to buy chicken for several meals beyond roasting the whole bird! This class will take place from 11:30am-1:30pm.

  • Parting out a whole chicken
  • Specialty cuts like airline breasts and drumstick lollipops
  • How to truss a whole bird
  • How to Spatchcock a chicken for the grill
  • Some great recipes for marinades

Leave with:

  • New skills
  • A whole chicken cut up by YOU!

Cost: $55 (includes parted bird to take home and recipes) 

Any additional chicken purchased on the day of the event will be 15% off to our participants.

*We need a minimum of 4 participants for this class. If we do not meet this minimum we will move your class to the next available date, or date of your choice.*



Local Delivery (Chittenden & parts of Washington County)

Order online by Wednesday for weekly local delivery on Thursdays in parts of Washington county and Chittenden county.

Please leave a cooler out on your doorstep. All meat is delivered frozen for food safety.

New England Delivery

Order weekly online by Sunday, and orders will be shipped on Monday and normally take 24-48 hours to arrive.

If you’re in the greater New England area, FedEX will deliver your order. If you are in Vermont, our overnight courier is Green Mountain Messenger. Packages will be left at your doorstep in an insulated box with freezer packs. All meat is delivered frozen for food safety. Please get it into your freezer as soon as possible.
