Red Wagon Plants herb salts and vinegars are crafted by our team in Hinesburg, Vermont. Freshly harvested herbs from our farm are salt-cured or infused with white wine vinegar bringing simply delicious flavors to kitchens year-round.
Chive Blossom Herb Salt: Spring chive blossoms are cured in sea salt to capture their sweet flavor and fragrance. Bright and slightly sweet in flavor and especially good as a dry brine for chicken or sprinkled on new potatoes. Ingredients: fine sea salt, organic chive blossoms.
Rosemary Garlic Herb Salt: Fresh rosemary and garlic from our herb farm are cured in sea salt at the peak of their flavor. This earthy blend pairs well with eggs, roasted or grilled vegetables, potatoes, meats, and more. Try it on popcorn or use when roasting nuts for a great snack.
